This was quick and dirty, let me know if you see anything obviously wrong!
I am planning to use a second PCB as a frame for the keys with just a single LED on it. There are some unconnected pin headers to stabilize it.

Elliot -- how will you fix the top board in position with no mount holes? The cumulative effect of all the switches?

I think those headers, also if the squares are designed right the switches might "snap in" like the adafruit macropad. I don't know if this was designed for that or not.

Yep both things, I think it'll be good enough floating on the switches, but the headers are just a little extra.

A couple of thoughts:
- It looks like all files are present, though I'm not sure if 4-layer
boards require other files for the middle 2 layers other than the copper
pours. I would definitely ask Mark or Jesse about that.
- You have a button and encoder/button that are on the far side of a fulcrum (see image). You could end up tipping the board when you press either of those buttons. I would suggest putting another standoff where the yellow star is and maybe even moving U3602 up a little bit.
- Silkscreen for S601 is on top of the pads for J3701.
- The refs for the J connectors next to S1401 and S1501 are missing their designator numbers.
- The platting for the holes on the top side (but not the bottom side) of J301 look wrong...double check.
Overall great design. It has a very minimalist feeling while packing a lot into the design! Will there be a right side at some point in the future?
